Question #1: Where is my book?

You should’ve received an email from my book distributor, BookFunnel. 

Search your inbox for an email from BookFunnel. Thanks to you lovely readers, I've sold a lot of ebooks from my store and BookFunnel has yet to fail to send an email that contains the download to your product(s).

If you purchased, then you definitely received an email from BookFunnel. But if you cannot find the email please check your spam folder or junk mail. The email may have gone to those mailboxes. 

The email you receive from BookFunnel will provide detailed and very easy to follow instructions on how to download your ebook(s) to your preferred e-reading device.

 If you still can't find your email, then email me at: customer_service@flamingheartspress.com and I will resend the BookFunnel confirmation email, providing the time I sent it so that you can easily find it in your inbox. 

After receiving that email, if you need help downloading the book to your e-reader of choice, then email: help@bookfunnel.com and they will happily assist you.

Question #2: Help! My BookFunnel Download code has expired!

Once BookFunnel sends you the confirmation email which contains a download code, you have 14 days before that particular code expires.

But don’t worry. Once you purchase an ebook, it’s yours forever. There two courses of action you can take:

1. Email BookFunnel at: help@bookfunnel.com to request a new code.

2. Go to: www.bookfunnel.com/help. Login with the email associated with your purchase. And then you will see all the books you have purchased under that email.
